Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategy Marketer to join our growing Strategy & Analytics (S&A) Marketing Strategy team. In this role, you will oversee the development of business positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Strategy and prior experience in B2B professional services marketing. They will be skilled in communications and have the ability to connect the dots across the commercial and marketing organization to deliver aligned and coordinated go-to-market strategies. This role supports Deloitte's Strategy & Analytics Consulting Business team to address c-suite challenges and meet new market needs
Work You'll Do | Key Responsibilities The Deloitte S&A Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, with a focus on bringing creative and innovative approaches to campaigns. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Campaign Planning: Developing integrated campaigns plans infused with insights and grounded in business priorities and in collaboration with practice leadership
Campaign Implementation: Leading team to against marketing strategy and messaging/narrative deployment through high-impact campaigns that use new and innovative techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing
Content Strategy & Development: Overseeing content strategy and content development, including reviews / approvals for activations such as web, sales sheets, client stories and/or other sales and marketing materials that support the strategic marketing plan while looking across channels to ensure consistency in messaging, tone and client experience that support the strategic marketing plan
Thoughtware Execution & Commercialization: Facilitating launch and promotion of key pieces of thought leadership, reports and surveys
Event Strategy: Bringing creativity, organization and follow-through to event planning and execution
Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration and Management: Working across multiple teams including business leaders, internal and external communications, analyst relations, alliances, sales, and Deloitte's in-house agency. Management of S&A
Market Sensing & Research: Identifying research needs and opportunities - designing, executing and analyzing research in order to stay current on market trends, competitive activity, business priorities
Data & Analytics: Tracking, interpreting and communicating KPI data and providing actionable recommendations for program adjustments
Budget Support: Tracking and managing fiscal-year budget, including procurement and management of external vendors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations or related field
8 years of professional B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services marketing with a focus on business marketing strategy planning and communications, including an understanding of how marketing and communications strategies and tactics come together to provide measurable results
3 years of management experience leading direct reports
Experience in creating demand generation programs and digital marketing strategies
Strong performance in developing, managing, and executing multichannel marketing programs, with a collaborative mind-set, to consistently deliver high quality results
Experience in developing digital advertising, branding, and social media to support event marketing activations
Experience creating written messaging, thought leadership and B2B collateral as well as presenting concepts and ideas to colleagues and internal clients
Creative mindset with passion and drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications. Able to manage creative teams and give strategic direction to advance brand position in the market
Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting stakeholder expectations and deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
Polished executive presence and professional client service manner
Demonstrated ability to be collaborative and interact with all levels of management
Flexibility, adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300-$173,300.
