GumGum, the leading provider of in-image advertising for brands is seeking a dynamic, articulate, Strategic Sales/Media Planner (we call them Client Solutions Managers) whose primary function is to develop data driven proposals that focus on the client’s KPIs and set up the campaign for success in order to deliver the GumGum standard of excellence. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the digital media landscape and have direct experience working with advertisers, building presentations and creating media grids. The role will work collaboratively with 3 – 4 sales people and their account management counter-parts. The planner will report to the Director of Key Account Strategy.
Collaborate with and support the sales team and account management teams to develop data driven presentations and proposals that will deliver KPI oriented results for our clients and drive high-margin revenue for GumGum
Develop a deep understanding of the GumGum platform, products and technology to support the sales staff in creating effective presentations and proposals
Manage all elements of proposal development including exceptions and mocks when requested
Provide creative and compelling proposal decks, while learning to tell a data driven story to strengthen presentation
Work with marketing when larger ideation needed
Develop and understand not only the CSM role but also how it impacts other teams
The CSM will work with their respective account manager regarding custom ad creative requests
1-3 years relevant experience supporting digital media, advertising, or business development sales teams
Bachelors Degree Required
