Job Description
Programmatic Campaign Manager\rDo you have a passion for problem solving and data analysis? Townsquare Media is looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager who will be a core member of our Audience Extension team. The role will work directly with Local Planning & Account Management as well as Ad Operations, helping to develop tactical executions that align with Local advertising goals and objectives across our 65 markets in the US. The Programmatic Campaign Manager will translate these tactics into physical implementations across multiple Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). They will also be responsible for day to day management of campaigns as well as identifying opportunities within each campaign to improve performance and take action to improve results.  The Programmatic Campaign Manager must be very familiar working within various DSP interfaces and comfortable developing creative optimization solutions to exceed benchmarks.\rThe Audience Extension team is responsible for end to end execution of programmatic buys from education and strategic recommendations to post campaign insights. The team is fast paced, quickly growing and performance oriented.\rJob responsibilities include:\r\rLead monitoring and performance for all programmatic campaigns\rProvide regular campaign updates to the Sales and/or Account Management teams to ensure the client’s KPI is met\rResponsible for pacing, margin and performance for all programmatic campaigns\rProvide insights and feedback to platform partners in order to improve functionality of the platforms used for media buying\r\rSkills/Qualifications\r\r1 year experience in the programmatic media space\r2 years’ experience and proven track record of exceeding client’s goals on online advertising campaigns.\rDirect Response experience preferred but not a requirement\rStrong analytical and project management skills\rExceptional written and verbal communication skills\rProfessional and advanced skills in excel –  pivot tables, chart making, etc\rBachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Finance, or Economics preferred\r\rAbout Us\rTownsquare is a media, entertainment and digital marketing solutions company principally focused on small and mid-sized markets across the U.S. Our assets include 318 radio stations and more than 325 local websites in 67 U.S. markets, approximately 550 live events with nearly 18 million attendees each year in the U.S. and Canada, a digital marketing solutions company serving more than 11,750 small to medium sized businesses, and one of the largest digital advertising networks focused on music and entertainment reaching more than 50 million unique visitors each month.
