POSITION SUMMARY

The candidate will co-lead our web analytics requirements and reporting initiatives. Duties will include aligning with business and marketing partners to gather requirements and KPIs, as well as actively engaging with our partners to share hypothesis-driven/actionable insights, and recommendations.

We are seeking a candidate that has experience in working closely with multiple stakeholders in managing their digital goals, and providing consultative support via the reporting outcomes through meaningful dashboards and deep-dive analysis

FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS

This role will support the web analytics team by developing regular dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to our enterprise business and marketing partners

Present executive dashboards and readouts to large groups on a regular basis

Work with our partners to build web analytics custom tagging requirements/KPIs based on careful analysis of the sites goals

Work with technical resource to debug analytics implementations for QA purposes, and to troubleshoot tagging issues.

Serve as point person to several lines of business to help drive & manage business goals

Work independently to meet multiple project deadlines

Handle multiple tasks, switching priorities and focus as needed

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

2 years of experience in web analytics

Technical skills that will enable proper debugging of analytics implementations

Knowledge of marketing and campaign strategies related to web analytics output

Adapt to evolving conditions and fluid requirements

Troubleshooting skills and critical thinking ability

Highly analytical qualities with strategic views, and problem-solving skills

Outstanding verbal/written communication, presentation, documentation and organizational skills

Experience in working in a fast-paced work environment, and successful in adapting to continually changing priorities.

Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools: Adobe Analytics, Analytics Workspace, Target, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Dynamic Tag Management (DTM)

Knowledge or experience with JavaScript, HTML, FTP, SQL, ecommerce, and web servers (e.g., IIS, Apache) a plus

Proficient knowledge of MS Excel

Previous marketing/advertising agency experience is a plus

SEO/SEM, and media tagging experience a plus (Doubleclick/Floodlight tags)

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
