The Marketing & Communications Sr. Associate will lead, develop and execute marketing and communications support for the Chubb’s Small business through the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing & communication plans to both internal and external audiences. This position will report to the Head of Small Business Marketing.

As a member of the North American Marketing & Communications team, this dynamic manager will be someone with the ability to think methodically and support business objectives with data and creativity. This team player is constantly curious, stays up to date with market trends, lends ideas for innovation and collaborates across the organization driving agent, broker and client engagement.

As a member of the N. American Marketing and Communications team, this self-motivated and energetic team member who will be someone with the ability to think methodically and support business objectives with data and creativity. This team player is ambitious, stays up to date with digital marketing trends, lends ideas for innovative marketing, and collaborates across the organization’s business areas. 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create integrated digital marketing campaigns with centralized resources, including media/public relations, advertising, internal communications, events, digital marketing, surveys, video production and executive communications

Continuously measure, monitor, reports and analyze the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, sharing results and learnings with internal stakeholders and making improvements accordingly

Constant focus on extracting and obtaining target audience data to elevate campaigns, messaging, and overall marketing strategy

Support highly visible campaigns focused on growing our small business through marketing and communication engagement campaigns and activation.  Includes overall strategy, innovation, digital marketing, paid media, content development, executive briefings, surveys, project management, etc.

Manage the business’ day-to-day communications and marketing strategies and tactics, including agent/broker communications, collateral development, and employee communication in coordination with the Chubb North America Marketing Communications team

Schedule regular meetings with internal stakeholders to define needs, help build consensus and move projects forward

Provide executive communications support, including the content development of presentations, key messages, points of view, speeches, and other materials

Manage business critical audiences with a particular focus on maximizing and driving results.

Provide virtual/on-site support at events as needed

Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed

','!*!Requirements, Skills & Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree required – Communications or Marketing major preferred

4-6 years of experience in a marketing or communication role, TPA marketing or insurance industry experience preferred

Understanding of commercial insurance, specifically in the standard Property and Casualty product areas preferred 

B2B marketing experience preferred

Understanding of digital content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, salesforce marketing cloud, google analytics, paid media and social media marketing

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Skilled in working with communications and general software and platforms including MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, digital marketing, social media applications, video, etc.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on establishing and meeting deadlines 

Strong influence skills

User centric and understands the need optimize the user experience

Collaborative and hands-on team player who builds digital marketing campaigns and loves creating digital capabilities

Responsive and accountable

Continuously listens, learns and adapts; receptive to feedback  

Excellent collaboration skills

Proactive and solution driven

Persistent and objective in tackling complex issues
