We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of all marketing initiatives from catalogs to influencer campaigns. You’ll be in charge of building a project management flow to create efficiencies that will help the entire team work faster and smarter.

You’ll Report To: SVP & GM, Society6
A typical day as a Marketing Project Manager might include:
Reporting and metrics on projects including timelines, estimated hours (level of effort), budget costs versus actuals and post project recaps. Understanding the workings of all departments and project needs.
Maintaining a master marketing calendar Gantt chart that tracks progress on all initiatives
Handling all incoming project or ideation requests, and working with the team to determine level of effort and overall brand revenue impact of each request
Serving as the main point of contact for projects and keeping teams up to date on status changes
Working cross departmentally to establish priorities and delivery dates for all projects based on bandwidth and business objectives
Scoping out and understanding the needs of each project to effectively prioritize delivery dates
Ensuring tasks are completed on time for projects
Managing overall project timelines and ensuring accuracy of all project deliverables
Anticipating impact on other areas not directly related to an individual project and proactively working to resolve those items
Managing vendor negotiation and contracts for projects on an as-needed basis
Managing project management software, Google Drive folders, and Dropbox as-needed
What You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
3-5 years’ experience in project management
Executes own activities with generally-defined goals and minimal supervision
Proficient in project management applications such as Trello, Basecamp, Wrike, Microsoft Project, as well as Microsoft Excel
Experience working within a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional team with respect towards others and focused on successfully meeting team goals
Appropriately influences cross-functional team members without formal authority or management control including graphic designers, photographers, copywriters
Establishes high level of trust and credibility internally, with clients, independent associates, and vendors
Strong skills in the following areas:

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Self Starter
Organization skills
