Lead performance-based paid acquisition marketing efforts to reach marketing goals. Monitor marketing data and trends to help improve mobile and brand marketing channels in a rapidly changing environment. Collaborate with Marketing Analytics team members, Data Engineers, and Data Scientist to derive valuable insights to improve new user acquisition. Collaborate with game and platform team to implement design/features to improve acquisition efforts. Coordinate social media game announcements and share relevant insights such as popular customer feedback with game design team. Be a data master, develop strong hypothesis and independently solve problems and provide actionable insights. Identify ways to run new creative ad formats to run in the South Korean market such as playables and rich media in order to improve user acquisition. Reconcile reports on a regular basis to ensure accurate reporting. Work with senior marketing team to improve reporting pipeline and process. Develop plans for creative testing in App Store Optimization with different creative test platforms. Identify new partners, platforms, and opportunities to drive user acquisition.
