Job DescriptionAt Amazon Media Group (AMG), we create and deliver advertising solutions across Amazon\u2019s rapidly developing range of products and services. Our ideas are executed across desktop, mobile, Kindle Fire devices and our programmatic ad products \u2013 always with the aim of informing and enriching the customer\u2019s experience. AMG is a key strategic focus for Amazon and is in a rapid and exciting growth phase. In order to accelerate the next phase of AMG\u2019s development we are committed to transforming the depth, scale and ambition of our partnerships with major media agencies and have created a dedicated team across our EU territories to deliver this vision at a local and regional level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior business development leader to join the team at an early stage to shape and drive AMG\u2019s strategic agency partnerships. Displaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators; experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon teams. In addition candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers. A strong knowledge of the programmatic trading landscape is important. Candidates will be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to AMG\u2019s ambitious growth plans. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for media agencies at local and regional (EU) level \u2013 including close collaboration with local AMG leadership
Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level including local and regional business reviews
Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth across traded, programmatic and biddable products
Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of agency-wide events
Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions \u2013 including pro-active engagement with creative agencies
Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by AMG\u2019s product development roadmap

Basic Qualifications

5 plus years of digital advertising experience
Business development experience working with media agencies
Knowledge of the programmatic landscape
Proven track record of delivering results and generating transformational growth
Ability to successfully engage and negotiate at C-Level within agencies and agency groups
Analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
