We are looking for an experienced and compelling storyteller to lead Flight Club’s brand marketing programs. As the Director of Brand Marketing, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop strategies for global campaigns and lead a team through the execution of brand marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for brand strategy, brand identity, positioning and messaging, brand campaigns, branded content and event activations. Your objective is to create a strong, lasting brand impression to build customer affinity, support customer acquisition, drive product sales and increase market share.
In this role you will:
Create an overarching brand message with supporting campaigns, including concept, objective and execution tactics to strengthen Flight Club’s brand identity.
Work cross functionally with the VP of Marketing and internal stakeholders to develop brand marketing strategies in support of individual and collective business priorities.
Lead day-to-day program operations to ensure that brand initiatives are on-target, on-budget and aligned with Flight Club’s core brand identity and objectives.
Build, lead and collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to execute programs and cross-channel efforts. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing and Communication teams through ideation, execution and launch.
Lead the management of agency and external vendor relationships.
Source and secure marketing partnerships and event opportunities that are relevant and inspirational to the Flight Club customer.
Establish key performance indicators and conduct quantitative analysis to turn insights into actionable programs.
Ensure timely, seamless activation and amplification in market for greatest business and brand impact.
Work with Analytics to conduct and distribute regular post campaign reviews on all projects.
We are looking for:
7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management for consumer brands with a proven ability to develop effective and engaging advertising and integrated marketing programs.
Deep connection with the lifestyle brand ecosystem, including Fashion, Entertainment, Music and Sports.
Strong management and leadership experience with the ability to lead a team and drive multiple cross-functional projects.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex projects and assess a variety of opportunities.
Exceptional project leadership skills with strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
Must be a passionate and motivated self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced and high growth company.
