About the role
We're looking for a highly creative innovator, strategic thinker and social media expert who is passionate about building brand advocacy and meaningful social communities to join RB as our Social Media & Mobile Manager. You are genuinely excited by the power of content and imagery and the opportunity to build RB's brands through differentiated and inspiring social marketing and communications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and quickly evolve into an industry expert for the RB organization as this role will set the stage for how to raise the digital ceiling for the US and across the Globe.
Development and application of social strategies and architecture to support and drive increased customer engagement, brand advocacy, content marketing, community building, campaign activation, and coordination across earned, owned, and paid social.
Development of Social and Multiscreen Strategy, including but not limited to understanding how it fits with Communications Planning, Activation, and measurement.
Drive innovation and provide Strategic POVs on key trends to keep RB ahead of the curve in the Mobile and Multiscreen space.
Serve as an evangelist and expert on all things Mobile First and Social across all of RB.
Establishing relationship with key partners in the Social and Multiscreen space to determine opportunities for Joint Business Partnerships that drive results and keep us ahead of the curve.
Create best practices for content utilization in the social and multiscreen space.
Clear understanding of Social Listening Process and how to implement at brand level.
Define the social media customer experience and ensure that it meets the needs of our target consumers and lives up to our Brand promise.
Development of key innovation initiatives with the Connected Consumer space, including but not limited to Gaming, Tablet, Video, TV extensions, Shopper etc.
Synthesize information from brands into an overarching strategy, working closely with digital agencies, industry partners, regional marketing, and key business segment leaders.
A passion for measurement and attribution across all Mobile and Social Activities carried out across RB.
Provide educational materials that can be used to cascade the Connected Consumer insights across the US and broader Global organization.
Work with Analytics and Agency teams to leverage social media optimization methods and increase community engagement
Continuously experiment and innovate with original and disruptive ways to leverage mobile and social activities that generate media buzz and brand visibility.
Determine metrics of success and assess effectiveness of social marketing initiatives and investments; influence investment decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking.
Work closely with other PB Communications and Brand Teams to implement strategies.
Is this You?
Social Media Professional:
You have a solid understanding of digital content, communications and marketing principles with an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their users. You are savvy and knowledgeable about current social media trends, innovations and best practices. Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience working at leading brand/agency, preferably global.
You are clear and concise in communicating statuses / required actions and are comfortable presenting across multiple levels of the business
: You thrive in a quick moving environment and are comfortable working within the gray space where steps aren't clearly defined. You see the gray space as an opportunity for you to make an impact. Working with incomplete information doesn't intimidate you and are you are confident in making recommendations leveraging the information paired with your business knowledge.
You can work with different stakeholders and gain their buy in on newly created processes through leveraging your leadership and motivational skills.

You're Internationally mobile and are excited at the opportunity of potential travel during role due to the Global nature of RB.
You take initiative, practice good judgment and can work independently.
You have a B.S., preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business. MBA is a plus.
