As the Marketing Design Team Lead, you will be a hands-on, deadline-driven leader who will manage and develop the corporate brand as well as related product portfolio brands, including the Clarifi platform. You are a conceptual thinker who is creative enough to craft a story, strategic enough to apply that story and measure its impact, and scrappy enough to roll up your sleeves to execute the tactical elements. You have experience across numerous competencies including, but not limited to brand strategy, graphic design, interactive design, video production, presentation development, demand generation, and more. As a visual storyteller, you will be responsible for creatively leveraging technology to help bring the HotSchedules story to life - both to internal and external audiences. But you are also grounded in the business needs, and understand how to align brand goals to the business, and how to track and measure progress. In short, success in this role depends on the ability to translate business objectives into appealing brand narratives and high-impact deliverables for our target audiences.
