The Media Planner is a position centered on field support services and responsible for research and development of media plans, which includes identifying target audiences and utilizing ideal media outlets. As a Media Planner, you will execute the day to day responsibilities of responding to client requests and building digital media recommendations that are in line with the budget and aligns with established media objectives. You will work alongside with the media strategy team and are responsible for managing all aspects of the field media plans and campaigns. This includes day-to-day operations, client deliverables, relationship management, and issue resolution.\rPerks:\r• Paid vacation and sick leave\r• Comprehensive vision, health, and dental insurance\r• 401K matching and stock options\r \rWhat you'll do:\r• Responsible for the stewardship of a media plan from concept to actualization\r• Develop comprehensive media plans across different mediums (Mobile, Video, Display, Social, etc.) that meet each client’s media strategy objectives\r• Set expectations with Field Office and make recommendations on how to best allocate advertising budgets; utilizing media research tools, and industry/market knowledge\r• Develop and issue RFPs to publisher partners; gather and analyze proposals to determine the best media selections, negotiate rates & positioning as required\r• Work with internal teams to oversee and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are executed properly and according to client expectations\r• Support media team in responding to requests and special projects as necessary\r• Manage timelines and coordination of resources for deliverables owned. Ensure deliverables are aligned and implemented across all teams to meet client’s goals and objectives
