PeaceHealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advertising Coordinator for a 1.0 full time equivalent Non-Exempt position. This position will be working Day shift with shift durations of 8 Hours.

Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of system-wide recruitment advertising channels. Oversees the service deliverables from vendors in all recruitment advertisement agreements. Ensures the delivery of timely and cost-efficient recruitment advertising campaigns and material. Responsible for quality and brand standards for vendors. Provides advertising and collateral development support for job fairs, conferences and other recruitment-related events.
*Coordinates all recruitment advertising for Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition and Provider Recruitment system-wide including online or print campaigns, job fairs, conferences, and related recruitment activities. *Tracks the advertising expenses and invoices compared to approve annual advertising budgets. *Works in close partnership with Marketing on all recruitment ad strategy to maintain brand, messaging, and positioning continuity and standards. Ensures achievement of defined service level agreement. *Creates and maintains vendor relationships to ensure agreement terms are achieved and product and service deliverables are met. *Creates and manages all related recruitment related advertising including correspondence, forms, reports, agendas, contracts and prepare mailings/distribution as appropriate. *In collaboration with the Marketing organization, administers PeaceHealth's social media accounts, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter and other recruitment sites. *Provides consultative advice to recruiters and hiring managers on the most effective advertising sources for recruitment strategies. *Performs other duties as required or assigned.
*Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Marketing or Human Resources strongly preferred.
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment advertising, Marketing or recruitment support required. *Experience in administrating an organization's social media channels strongly preferred. *Health care experience preferred.
*Strong written and project management skills required. *Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently. *Proficient in the use of internet browsers and MS Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word required. *Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe preferred *Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
