IRI, the global leader in innovative solutions and services for consumer, retail and media companies is looking for a creative and driven Copywriter to join our marketing team! The primary role of the Copywriter is to execute all marketing written initiatives. The Copywriter will work closely with our dynamic marketing team to compose communications for brand identity initiatives, internal communications, corporate marketing, sales enablement, advertising campaigns, product launches, events and more. We are looking for someone with extensive copy writing experience to develop a fresh, conversational and professional voice for the organization and execute all written communication.
What you will do:
Blog articles, newsletters, emails, infographics, etc.
Website copy—with attention to SEO optimization
Digital and print ads, social content
News and press releases
CEO speech/keynote outlines, topics, abstracts
Marketing collateral including one-pagers, brochures, fact sheets
Build and execute messaging and communications strategy
Proofread and edit marketing pieces
Create and maintain a fresh, conversational and professional voice for IRI
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Generate original content ideas to position IRI as thought leader in the industry
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Effectively communicate project status, timing and feedback with internal teams
Who you are:
4 years of copywriting experience
BA/MA degree in Writing, English, Communications, or related field
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience in digital writing
ability to write streamlined web copy with SEO optimization)
Past experience writing for Tech, Analytics, Media and/or Market Research companies is a plus
Ability to learn technical product details and simplify for customer facing materials
