The ideal candidate will be able to comfortably shift between strategic and execution focus and proactively take on the opportunity to build a great employee experience within this fast moving and growing business.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPartner with the Sr. HRBP and business leaders to develop and lead effective people strategies that will drive business performance\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelop trusted partnerships with all levels within the business and HR\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECollaborate with leaders on proactively identifying people/talent opportunities, and partner with HR colleagues in recruiting, learning and development, compensation, etc to deliver on these people objectives (both short and longer term plans)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPartner with leaders in creating a culture that supports the business objectives, encourages employee engagement and fosters a culture of performance management and recognition\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProvide proactive, strategic, and tactical guidance to support organizational design/planning and change management \u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPartner with the business and finance on workforce planning and ensure alignment, discipline and execution of the plan \u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDeliver coaching and development feedback to employees and managers, along with advising on complex employee relations issue\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EFacilitate the effective rollout and actions related to enterprise\u002Dwide HR initiatives for assigned client groups, including goal setting, year\u002Dend performance reviews, salary planning and administration, succession planning, and engagement surveys\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/div\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related degree. Master’s degree preferred.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E5 years HR experience in a sales/growth business. \u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPrior HR business partners experience within the media/ad tech industry preferred, operating with senior level leaders\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDynamic interpersonal skills. You know how to adapt your style to successful partner across various levels of the organization. \u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EHas a bias towards action.
