RGM Group is looking for an outstanding Sales Account Executive in the L.A. area. This is a junior to mid-level sales role, requiring at least 1 year of business-to-business sales experience. The Sales Account Executive will be selling both the company's online media marketing services and its digital advertising to a highly desirable client base in the automotive, entertainment, restaurant, fashion and luxury industries. Our ideal team member focuses on relationship building, consultative selling and ultimately closing creative, collaborative deals.Main Duties and Responsibilities:The ultimate goal is to secure advertising revenue by monetizing our clients' advertising platforms.Attain advertising sales revenue quota utilizing online advertising platforms for our clients’ annual budget.Acquire new business through various methods of prospecting (cold calling, networking, etc.)Follow industry trends and acting on such information, like monitoring competitive advertising data to cultivate business relationships.Work as a team with respective account managers to provide quality account management to advertiser clients.Job Requirements:1 year experience in b2b sales or 2 years experience in a Sales Planner role at digital ad agencyFamiliar with digital advertising, previous experience in Digital Ad sales support role a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnergetic and motivated.Self-starter who can act independently to achieve revenue goals through high meeting volume and strong client follow-up.Skilled at meeting daily call goals.Strategic and creative thinker, able to execute on key management initiatives.Internet savvy and proficient with SalesForce and office productivity tools a plus (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel), MS Powerpoint).Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent combination of experience and education, preferred.25% Travel
