Description

Humana is a Fortune 40 market leader in integrated healthcare whose dream is to help people achieve lifelong well-being. As a company whose primary focus is on the well-being of its members, Humana is dedicated to shifting perceptions of the health insurance industry. We believe our role goes beyond that of a provider of insurance to that of a well-being partner who will empower customers to live a life that's healthy, active, and rewarding. Toward that goal, we have been building a best-in-class marketing organization that leverages data and analytics driven insights, always-on multi-channel experiences, disciplined testing and experimentation, and an agile approach to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with consumers and healthcare providers.

Against that backdrop, we are looking for a highly talented Marketing professional to help deliver world-class eCommerce strategies and experiences to our Pharmacy customers. As Pharmacy eCommerce Marketing Principal, your mission will be to accelerate the impact our eCommerce marketing strategies have on driving growth. You will serve as a key consultant, thought leader, and strategic advisor on the Pharmacy Marketing team, bringing outside-in-thinking to our marketing strategies and business partners to elevate the customer lifecycle and improve healthcare experiences.

This role will lead development of eCommerce-driven growth marketing campaign strategies. In collaboration with the cross-functional marketing teams (Digital Transformation & Experience, Direct to Consumer, and Physician Marketing) and business teams (e.g. Digital, Growth and Operations), you will translate eCommerce best practices into strategies that deliver directly attributable growth in pharmacy prescription and revenue volume.

The role will report directly to the Vice President of Pharmacy & Group Marketing and Communications, and can be based anywhere in the lower 48 states.
