You can make an impact on the success of our business and that of our customers regardless of what career you decide to pursue.From data scientists to sales and client service experts, we’re hiring to support your growth and ours - Green light your career.  CDK Global is hiring a PMO Manager!Position SummaryAs part of the Agency’s Digital Business Operations organization, the Program Management Operations (PMO) Manager has responsibility in helping CDK expand penetration and customer retention of our Connected Store product by delivering highly effective program management for complex projects with enterprise wide application, infrastructure, and business impact. The PMO Manager will have oversight of the purpose and program-level status of related initiatives and their resources to achieve strategic business goals. This position will lead cross-group program coordination, drive accountability across the broader teams ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are achieved, and deliver upon key priorities determined by the Leadership Team. The candidate will help identify and drive action against opportunities that will drive efficiencies across the organization and improve customer satisfaction.This position requires extensive cross-team collaboration, strong communication skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and to take a broad strategic perspective. The candidate will be highly organized, capable of prioritizing, have excellent project management skills, and process-focused aptitude to manage breadth of responsibilities. The PMO Manager will have the ability to think strategically, provide insight and advice to management around mitigating program level risks, participate in overall strategy decisions, and drive change management. Over time, this position may provide the opportunity to manage a team of direct reports.Position Responsibilities & Essential functions:Drives the expansion and customer retention of our Connected Store product through the following activities:  . Conceptualize immediate and long-range needs of the company with respect to project mission.  Must understand business objectives as they relate to project goals.. Bring Leadership Team functional owners together in preparation for program launches, co-ordinate and manage org priority setting, establish org strategy and key priorities with monthly plans to deliver impact.. Effectively integrate multiple disciplines, including technical, operational, planning, marketing, and sales.. Responsible for strategic level cross-org recurring processes such as weekly Executive Leadership Team business reviews, overviews, etc.. Drive the team's long range planning from a financial perspective, by collaborating with Finance teams as required.. Improve overall project execution by identifying, recommending and driving new solutions, processes and tools. . Enable visibility and communication on program status. Examples include but are not limited to:  - Manages meeting agendas and associated notes around decisions, assumptions, owners, and next steps.   - Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly Executive Scorecards, Dashboards, or Business Reviews for Executive Leadership Team regarding project status and keeps them informed of project direction, primary KPIs, and risks.  - Makes presentations regarding project direction and recommendation to Executives.    -  Manages document repository for related business content and cross-COE outputs.Qualifications & Key Characteristics:This is a high-profile position that requires interfacing with internal and external Executive leaders. To be successful candidates should possess the following key characteristics:. 10-15 years directly related business experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Operations, Program Management.. Advanced degree, such as MBA, or certifications in BPI, Six Sigma, Lean practices preferred.. Set high standards of performance, using accountability measures to track progress.. Operations Based Project Management: Ability to be structured, organized and taking a planned approach. Ability to understand how to improve the way things get done through effective planning and process improvements. Knowledge around resource utilization and/or capacity planning a plus. .Business Insights: determines success measures and KPIs for projects and develops operational framework & associated scorecards for monitoring performance.. Flexibility: Manages effectively in a rapidly changing environment, while staying focused on priorities.. Partnering: Builds alliances and collaborates across boundaries to build strategic relationships with other departments. Brings diverse leaders together to discuss and resolve planning and development issues and break down traditional silos. Impact and influence and driving initiatives without line management authority - holding others accountable. Good listener. Perceives the complexity of situations quickly.. Tool & Systems Experience: proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite, including Microsoft Project, and Atlassian Confluence. Tableau knowledge also beneficial.Preferred Requirements & Skill Sets:.
