We are seeking a talented Media Manager to join our award winning team.
Sosemo is a well-established start-up digital marketing agency that specializes in managing social, search and mobile marketing services. The Media Manager will play a key role in helping to expand our growing Media capability.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial spirited, highly detail oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior Media Planning and Buying experience preferably at an agency. Paid Search and SEO experience is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop media buying briefs based on client goals and objectives
Submit RFPs to media vendors, evaluate media placements and negotiate fees
Independently develop online media plans (display, programmatic, mobile, video, social, sponsorships, etc.) and present to clients
Conduct research to ensure recommendations are grounded in data
Lead the tactical implementation of media plans
Manage media campaigns, optimize placements and ensure proper budget pacing
Demonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
Research and keep up on industry trends
Develop new marketing services and refine processes
Earn respect and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors and partners
Train & motivate direct reports and other junior staff
4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
Must have Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience or Fortune 500 Company
Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for Media Planning and Buying
Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to make decisions in a fast paced environment
Must be highly detail orientated
Must have basic knowledge of web technologies
Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines and app stores
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience managing media campaigns
Prior healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing experience a plus
