Summary:

We are looking for an executive to lead business marketing for the Gaming, Agency and Global Client Categories portfolio, as part of the Global Customer Marketing team. The Agency ecosystem is global, from media, to creative, to performance, to small business agencies. Our Global Client Categories portfolio includes our top global advertisers, supported by sales teams across the globe. Our global Gaming business spans across digital channels, creative and collateral development, events, sponsorships, and more.

This leader should also possess an ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines; expertise in strategic and creative marketing programs; outstanding story-telling capabilities; strong cross-functional leadership, and an ability to lead people & teams by setting a vision, building plans, and coaching them for success. The ideal candidate will have worked across a range of different verticals and will have strong experience leading global marketing programs (B2B or B2C) across multiple channels and touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, energy, analytical and marketing rigor to this role. This candidate will be a passionate people and team manager responsible for leading a global team, including setting direction, inspiring vision, building plans, and coaching and developing team members for success. The ideal candidate will be an excellent cross functional partner and play a strategic role at the marketing leadership table.

Required Skills:


Lead a team of marketers in Singapore, Menlo Park, New York, Dublin, and Sao Paolo to do the best work of their careers, across industry leading creative campaigns, insightful thought leadership, systematic frameworks, and unparalleled storytelling and marketing
Develops, leads owns the global Gaming, Agency, and Global Client Categories marketing strategy and plan across all regions
Act as the key stakeholder, thought leader, and business partner to cross-functional leaders across other organizations (marketing and partnerships) to build a cohesive, integrated strategy which benefits the needs of various audiences
Continually inspire our clients and partners with a vision for their brand and storytelling across platforms
Manage business functions of the team to ensure optimized resourcing, hiring, vendor management, and processes
Develop and oversee a strategy for global content, design, insights, digital channels, events, sponsorships and more
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver scalable marketing communications programs
Act as a spokesperson and industry thought leader on key topics related to small business and industry-related topics
Deliver concise and powerful analysis of marketing impact
Effectively negotiate and manage the marketing budget


Minimum Qualifications:


15 years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing leadership role
People management and stakeholder management experience
Knowledge and first-hand experience in advertising and marketing industries
Experience in the Gaming or Agency ecosystems
Experience and knowledge of audience segments (businesses, agencies, marketing partners)
Proven experience leading marketing programs
Proven experience of working in a matrixed organization
Proven experience building and leading geographically distributed teams
Experience in operational efficiency through automation of tools and processes
Proven experience in handling press and industry engagements
Experience speaking as a thought leader on industry topics, representing both the sector and the company
Experience speaking to press


Preferred Qualifications:


Proven track record of moving fast and delivering on tight deadlines
MBA or an equivalent advanced degree
