Our client has an immediate opening for a VP Account Group Supervisor.
Overall responsibility for driving the strategy on multiple brands
Become fully versed in product and therapeutic category and payer markets
Be or become fully versed in all advertising agency operations
Manage account team
Manage non-dedicated personnel (resource sharing) to cover workload and ensure maximum billability
Identify new business opportunity within existing and new clients
Identify partnership opportunities
Oversee successful program strategy, quality and implementation
Oversee growth and development of account team
Implement branded and non-branded programs supporting brand strategy
Knowledge and Skills:
5+ years experience in advertising agency account management/marketing/sales
Oncology and payer marketing experience a plus
Experience in working with and leading multi-faceted teams
Excellent communication and time management skills
Sound financial skills
