Strategic Partner Development Manager, Channel Sales, Google Marketing Solutions
Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Armed with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
The North America Channel Sales team focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with our SMB partners. We are focused on empowering the millions of small- and medium-sized businesses with Google’s AdWords advertising solutions (and other Google technologies) with the goal of driving business growth for customers, our partners and Google. Within this role, you will gain broad exposure to many Google products as we identify and implement solutions that best suit the unique needs of channel partners and SMB customers.

Together, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
Serve as the point of contact for channel partnerships, sourcing and pitching early stage leads.
Evaluate potential partnership opportunities and position Google’s partner program to potential clients.
Navigate within potential partner companies to identify decision makers and key influencers.
Lead efforts to optimize internal tools.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in advertising sales, strategic sales, or business development.
Experience managing complex agreements with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in outbound sales, prospecting and funnel management.
Enterprise Sales or Business Development experience at an internet or SaaS company.
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex products and partnership models to stakeholders at all levels.
