This role will be with Comcast's Digital Center of Excellence, which manages XFINITY.com as well as other properties that are focused on engaging consumers and businesses online throughout the customer life cycle, but with a dedicated focus on supporting the Xfinity Mobile product. It is an entrepreneurial, fast growing team with high impact and significant exposure across the organization. We are looking for an analyst who is excited to help support the Xfinity Mobile product on both paid search (SEM) and digital media retargeting as we quickly work to scale this line of business.

Core Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Director of Display & Paid Search Retargeting and the Director of Digital Paid Search on strategy, campaign development and execution across SEM, social as well as search & display retargeting campaigns.

- Deliver overall daily campaign maintenance including but not limited to budget pacing, keyword and ad copy optimization, traffic scaling, and targeting shifts (remarketing).

- Assist in optimizing and tracking our campaigns, following up with measurement and reporting of campaigns from start to end to ensure KPIs are achieved and provide key insights around campaign performance.

- Find, build, and test new campaign ideas (including multivariate cross-channel tests) on a continuous basis.

- Collaborate with numerous agencies towards joint business performance goals.

- Lead independent special cross-channel projects with high visibility and exposure with minimal project definition.

- Drive acquisition through online display media and search remarketing in order to increase sales through xfinity.com.

- Ability to manage multivariate cross-channel testing focused on decreasing cost per acquisition and increased engaged customer site interaction.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field.

Generally requires 2-5 years of related experience.

- Digital analytics experience with expertise in digital marketing, paid search, search engine optimization and retargeting with ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.

- Experience with a wide range of digital analytics tools & platforms including: analytics tools (e.g. Omniture), ad serving platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, DS3), paid search engine marketing data sources (e.g. AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini), Digital Attribution tools (e.g. Attribution 360), DSPs (e.g. DBM), and site tagging (e.g. DTM) a plus.

- Experience with A/B and multivariate tests.

- Expert-level competence in the core MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (formulas, functions, charts, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

- Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.

- Hard-working, willing to learn, and eager to be part of an enthusiastic team.

- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with business leaders, team members, and cross-functional partners.
