Define the future of digital Omni channel for the home appliance team
Define how business objectives will be translated into implementation in digital
Design and plan the Omni channel marketing strategy Primary responsibilities: Develop and define the digital strategy for home appliance evolution: -Ensure alignment with business objectives -Partner closely with demand gen and trade marketing to align objectives -Partner with sales team to align with retailer objectives Ensure retailer.com partners are accurately, appropriately representing the HA business on their respective sites: -Maintain/update upgraded partners (key national accounts) -Work on updating regionals Ensure that s.com is accurately updated to reflect launches, key messaging and images are up-to-date. Develop new ways to engage consumers online to encourage consideration and ultimately conversion. Define how new Chef Collection will be represented online: -Ensure brand is accurately represented and denotes a high-end image -Define how the online experience will be different from regular HA -Ensure retailer.com also represents the brand accurately Define Builder/B2B will be represented online: -Ensure that builder sites also accurate represent the brand -Develop templates and other tools to easily transfer information and updates Define and develop new online tools overall for all parts of the business – i.e., what we did with Kitchen Configurator – what are the new things we can be doing and developing? Manage all partners: -Internal – s.com; sales teams, BTL team, ATL team -External – agencies, influencers, other partners Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 12-15 years of directly related experience is required.
Prior experience in advertising, product marketing and project management required.
Prior experience in a telecommunications environment preferred.
Prior experience managing and developing Marketing staff required.
Ability to identify marketing and sales channels within wireless product technologies.
Must be able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present, and explain wireless terminals technical product and development materials.
Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software in an NT LAN/WAN network environment. Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company. Superior level of collateral development and project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, create promotional materials, coordinate and direct project teams, manage creative developers, select and control printing and production resources, and manage budgets. Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames. Ability to negotiate on behalf of function to come to agreement by managing communications through discussions and compromise; issues are short-term operational and medium-term tactical or limited strategic nature.
