Analyzing the world's travel intent signals with its proprietary data science methods, the company delivered $10B in generated bookings for its clients to date by activating multi-channel branding and performance solutions on the Sojern Traveler Platform. Recognized on the Top Company Cultures list by Entrepreneur Magazine, Sojern is headquartered in San Francisco, with teams based in Dubai, Dublin, Hong Kong, London, Mexico City, New York, Omaha, Paris, Singapore, and Sydney. What will you be doing?Develop a deep understanding of Sojern media products, optimization algorithms, and audience building techniques across programmatic display, video, native, SEM, facebook, and meta search.Work closely with product, data science, and operations teams to identify and prioritize performance optimization experiments and lead ideation, design and implementation of A\/B testsOwn the backlog of experiments and communicate the test and learn roadmap with results regularly with leadership teams and ensure proper test setup and executionEstablish cause & effect, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data driven decision-makingDocument, design, and execute experiments within and across multiple digital advertising platforms to drive incremental performancePropose and test various marketing attribution models across integrated channels to optimize ROIProduce ad hoc analyses to aid the team in understanding customer behavior, develop POV’s and drive decision-making You will be great at: Managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBuilding, maintaining and circulating experimentation plans\/timelinesWorking with and influencing teammates, customers, and partners from different cultures and backgrounds to execute against shared goalsCommunicating - in both written and oral form - to engage our internal teams on product knowledgePrioritizing - you will take a methodical approach into prioritizing needs and will take into account competitive advantages, process improvements, strategic imperatives and growth in business opportunitySelf-motivation; exhibiting strong self-management and a sense of urgencyExercising a test and learn mentalityLeveraging technical expertise to effectively partner with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high quality tests and productize winning tests You will have:Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, or physics.  Master’s degree strongly preferred4 years experience of relevant experience as a data analyst, including experimentationExperience in online media, e-commerce, SaaS, and\/or programmatic advertisingExperience with Adwords, facebook, Doubleclick, and other ad technologies a  strong plusStrong data and analytical skills with an A\/B testing mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights & recommendationsTechnical skills including SQL, Tableau, Python, and R You will live our Values:Win as a TeamBe GenuineCenter Around the CustomerDeliver WOW!Champion Diversity Perks:  Culture: Our team loves a good timeOpportunities: Be part of a growing team with training and support to help you growTravel: Visit teammates and customers across the globeGive Back: We give 40 hours a year to volunteer and organize office volunteer programs with local organizationsOwnership: Lead creative and challenging projects  Meals: Monthly catered lunches & happy hoursFlexible vacation daysWealth: Stock options At Sojern, we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
