Position - Client Services Account Manager / Marketing Account Manager

The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with customers clients of the Enrollment Management Services division at EducationDynamics. They are responsible for ensuring the growth of their accounts through attaining client goals and up/cross-selling EMS division products and services. The AM represents the entire range of EMS division products and services, including marketing agency services, contact center services and market research services. The account manager reports to the Sr. Account Manager with oversight by the Sr. Director of Account Management
Act as a liaison between clients and EMS marketing agency resources
Managing and maintain cross functional teams (marketing, software developers, contact center) to deliver on our products and services
Establishes himself/herself as a Subject Matter Expert for all products and services offered by the EMS division.
Analyze campaign reports to asses performance, gather insights, and make strategic growth recommendations
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, marketing, contact center, tech service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Execute account plans within project scope
Maintain targets for revenue and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Identifies new opportunities for up/cross-selling and partners with the sales team to execute on those opportunities.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel in order to ensure those needs are met.
Maintains client relationships and ensures renewals

Achieves assigned revenue goal in designated strategic accounts.
Achieves strategic customer objectives.
Executes strategic customer account plans within project scope.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing/Advertising a PLUS)
Agency experience a PLUS
Minimum four years of account management / client service experience in a B2B environment.
Experience managing projects with both marketing and technical components.
Candidate must be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
