MEDIA STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Develop integrated media strategy for advertising campaigns working closely with agency partners (including: Media Strategy/Planning/Buying, Programmatic, Social, Search, OOH) to deliver insightful/effective/efficient plans that deliver on our objectives

Responsible for day to day campaign management including media optimizations, budget shifts, and performance monitoring

Work cross-functionally to ensure integration of Paid, Owned and Earned media

Work with Consumer Insights to develop campaign measurement plans

Ensure agencies develop insightful, comprehensive post campaign analyses and learnings are applied to future campaigns as real-time as possible

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Support the Director, Advertising Media in setting annual budgets across campaigns and initiative for business planning

Maintain day to day campaign media budgets ensuring consistency across Finance and internal media management platform

Ensure timely billing and reconciliation of media activities working closely with agency partners

DIGITAL MEDIA STEWARDSHIP

Implement digital media best practices to deliver more targeted, relevant and data-driven advertising campaigns, especially via scaling programmatic advertising

Understand and leverage all data available (Data Management Platform, Consumer Data Base, third party sources, etc.) to improve media targeting efficiency and effectiveness and ensure a consistent audience-centric approach

Identify, analyze and leverage the latest digital media trends, partners, and emerging technologies, seeking out new opportunities and applying them to our media strategies

MEDIA TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Help develop the in-team expertise across all new media channels including: programmatic, social, search and addressable TV, including developing Programmatic OOH and Radio

Provide thought leadership and education to ensure internal Advertising and Brand teams are consistently at the forefront of the ever-evolving media landscape

Create and facilitate relevant on the job Media trainings as needed

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

(PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN)

Media/Advertising Experience: Minimum 6-8 Years

Consumer or lifestyle brand advertising experience. Agency experience desirable

*

Strong understanding of all media channels and integrated media planning

*

Ability to analyze and extract key insights from data and leverage those insights to strengthen future plans

*

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict/demanding deadlines

*

Autonomous, self-starter with a focus on results

*

Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with agency partners

*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

*

Understands and lives the Red Bull culture and lifestyle
