Theprimary role of the Marketing Program Manager is to guide the strategy,development and implementation of marketing programs to support the growth of brand, regional and demand advertisingby developing targeted marketing and advertising efforts to drive patientdemand, maintain awareness and support institutional initiatives. Essential Functions Assist Associate Director of DemandMarketing in the development and execution of MD Anderson\u2019s marketing efforts bycreating advertising programs that are effective and results-driven whilecontinuously optimizing to meet and exceed institutional goals. Build andfoster strong relationships with agency partners, internal stakeholders,physicians, caregivers, patients and colleagues across the Marketing departmentand Institutional Advancement. Planning Lead efforts in the development and execution of national and regional brand and\u00a0demand advertising plans that reach consumers at the right time with the right\u00a0messages. As institutional priorities are determined, help to develop, manage and track multi\u00a0channel marketing and advertising campaigns that align with marketing and advertising\u00a0programs, as well as initiatives across IA. Assist with developmentand tracking of marketing budgets, vendor payments and\u00a0budget reconciliation. Assist with integrating market research efforts, strategy and initiatives into advertising\u00a0executions. Marketing Assist withcreative strategy direction, media planning and execution of assigned\u00a0advertising campaigns across all platforms: TV, videos, digital, search, print,radio and\u00a0outdoor. Lead regularproject status and collaboration meetings across multiple agencies and\u00a0internalstakeholders. Collaborateacross the IA division to build and implement content to deliver the right\u00a0content, at the right time, to the right audience. Trackseffectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns based on patient volume\u00a0andreport regularly to operations and business leadership. Work inpartnership with the Cancer Network to build cohesive plans. Assist theMarketing Department in the continued education of the value marketing\/advertising with leadership, key stakeholders and constituents across the\u00a0institution. Serve on assignedcommittees to represent marketing in institutional priorities Other duties as assigned. Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field. Five years project management experience in marketing, communications and advertising.\u00a0Preferred Experience: Brand management experience, extensive healthcare experience, strong grasp of digital advertising, agency experience and agency management experience strongly preferred.
