The Director of Marketing Operations is a proven, hands-on leader responsible for how Marketing works. From creative development to in-shop execution, s/he will support the global system by putting in place strong operational standards for creative assets, packaging, point-of-purchase distribution and trafficking. S/he is the air traffic controller for all graphic elements and marketing assets and is therefore highly cross-functional, enabling franchisees across the globe, shop managers and marketers in ensuring that growth initiatives are supported with executional and creative excellence. This is a critical role for creating strong communication of the Krispy Kreme brand and involves both strategic management of resources while being hands-on to ensure execution excellence.
Krispy Kreme is a leading branded retailer and wholesaler of high-quality doughnuts and packaged sweets. Our principal business, which began in 1937, is owning and franchising Krispy Kreme doughnut stores at which over 20 varieties of high-quality doughnuts, including our Original Glazed ® doughnut, are made, sold and distributed together with complementary products, and where a broad array of coffees and other beverages are offered.
