Lead Manager, Advertising & Retail Insights

EG’s Consumer and Competitive Insights department is looking for an innovative and experienced marketing professional to join our Advertising and Messaging Insights group.
The successful candidate will:
Develop advertising insights for EG core businesses (e.g., Video, Broadband, Wireless)
Track and measure advertising’s influence on key performance metrics such as awareness, perceptions and sales
Generate crisp insights on AT&T advertising performance and develop actionable recommendations for senior advertising executives
Influence business decisions through persuasive presentation of key insights and solutions to marketing executives
Manage marketing analysis for key marketing executives
Develop reports and key insights for major advertising and sponsorship campaigns
Manage copy testing, in-flight advertising performance and awareness tracking and reporting
Supervise data reporting, collection, and quality control for advertising insights projects
Develop plans for enhancing AT&T’s advertising insights
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. He/she must be able to provide direction to a team of research vendors and will manage complex, time-constrained projects. The candidate should be a persuasive team player who can negotiate with and influence a wide range of business constituencies.
A Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or a related field of study is preferred (or Masters), along with 3 years’ relevant work experience in marketing or market research. The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing complex projects and experience with preparing business reports for executives. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen is desired. Experience with advertising and media is a plus.
