The successful candidate will work closely with Adtaxi Sales and Operations teams to develop and execute the strategic direction for all assigned target campaigns. They will be involved with assigned campaigns from pre-launch on, identifying the key success metrics for each customer, ensuring proper set up is initiated to measure on these metrics, collaborating with Campaign Analysts on month end reporting to derive a meaningful story, and driving monthly client calls to deliver that story. Candidate will also be responsible for making recommendations to guide the strategic direction of the campaigns based on the performance trends and industry best practices. This role will require someone who has the ability to dive into the details and translate results into a\u00a0comprehensible\u00a0big picture, and then effectively communicate that over to the customer. Career experience in a client\u00a0facing sales or service role is required. Job Description YOU WILL: Work closely with the Digital Ops Analysts and Digital Sales reps pre and post-launch to understand the client\u2019s key success metrics and ensure campaign is set up to deliver on these; measure monthly performance to identify and develop a story about the campaign\u2019s evolution; identify key insights that will support future campaign recommendations. Partner with Digital Ops Analysts to monitor campaign analytics using API dashboard, Google Analytics, AdWords account, and any other relevant data platforms Analyze effectiveness of campaign, channels, message, creative, and customer segments to continuously improve effectiveness For e-commerce and revenue tracking campaigns, monitor current customer sales trend and build future sales projections by customer, region, product etc Develop and distribute monthly \u201cCampaign Health Checks\u201d using Google Analytics to provide key updates on client website traffic trends and behaviors; provide any relevant recommendations Develop and distribute quarterly Competitor Analysis reports using provided resources and tools to shed light on gaps and share comparative insights based on successes\/challenges of other like clients Drive monthly performance calls with clients to review all metrics and ensure campaign is progressing in line with originally identified key success metrics Track and report on client\/campaign retention and upsell revenue impact for all campaigns that have been assigned to Strategist on a quarterly basis Develop and document best practices for Strategic Ops campaign management as thought leadership pieces for client communication. Collaborate with Corporate Client Services team to develop client case studies for campaign success stories Be a leader who 'connects the dots' around business and consumer insights, and articulates digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way to clients Qualifications YOU HAVE: 5 years of digital advertising experience in a client facing role, either on Sales or Ops side Proven experience developing and pitching complex digital advertising proposals Proficiency in reading and analyzing data in Google Analytics; GA Certification is required. Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including Programmatic, Search, Social Media, Content Marketing and Email Marketing, with a passion for data-driven program development. Proven record of evaluating advertising campaigns and programs from multiple data sources, and\u00a0able to draw clear conclusions and actionable recommendations Advanced proficiency in Excel required. Additional data platforms knowledge desired include Google AdWords, Programmatic\/RTB management platforms, Content Marketing platforms, DFP, Google Docs Able to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insight into smart digital solutions, and prioritize by both business and customer benefit. Extreme attention to detail, and ability to dig through multiple data based platforms simultaneously and pull out meaningful insights Results oriented, resourceful and able to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
