Qualifications & Responsibilities The ideal candidate has experience in the arenas of experiential, digital and retail, and has worked on (and enjoys) beverage accounts. Job Responsibilities: • Writing (headlines, body copy, social media content, presentation decks, concept statements, ads, scripts, websites, and probably more) • Bringing concepts to life in captivating presentation decks • Actively participating in brainstorms and coming up with marketing solutions • Mentoring junior members of the team • Always meeting deadlines • Working closely with fellow creatives, account executives, experiential marketing managers, and everyone else at the agency Requirements: • 5-8 years of related experience • 2 years mentoring and/or supervising a team • Excellent presentation skills • Experience in both traditional and digital media • Understanding of how to create experiential events that generate content • Ability to own a project, from beginning to end • Ability to prioritize, manage and efficiently complete multiple projects • Must be highly adaptable to shifting needs and deadlines • Strong Mac OS and Microsoft Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) QualificationsConditions of Employment All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of certain background checks which unless prohibited by applicable law may include criminal history checks, employment verification, education verification, drug screens, credit checks, DMV checks (for driving positions only) and fingerprinting.
