Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
We’re looking for a Global Product Lead to guide our planning data partnership efforts with agencies and third-party planning tools. This includes global cross-functional leadership of YouTube Reach Planner partnerships across holding companies, operating companies and third-party planning tools.
Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our suite of products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. Above all, you are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the ever-changing world of online advertising.
Lead our global Reach Planner data partnership program with agency partners.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering and YouTube Measurement teams to define data needs for agency tools.
Partner with Business Development and Agency teams to ensure agencies are agreeing to fair-use principles. Partner with Go-to-Market and Global Client Agency Solutions (GCAS) to activate Reach Planners through agency trainings and incentive programs.
Consolidate and share best practices across markets, regions and agencies. Lead strategy work for next generation agency data partnerships strategy (beyond Reach Planners).
Define success metrics and business growth impact of data sharing efforts with Sales Finance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in media planning or measurement.
Experience working in an agency in a media and/or strategy planning function.
Personal relationships with agency executives involved in developing insights and planning capabilities.
A passion for partnerships, the video ads business and turning insights into media strategy.
A thought-leader in the insights and planning space who has excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
