Some roles can work virtual full-time if they are not near a Tech Hub, but that is dependent upon the needs of the position and amount of collaboration required.
Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base. Plans and develops print and online marketing outreach programs. Analyzes subscriber response to online and print marketing programs. Serves as marketing contact for employees and outside vendors. Deploys and measures effectiveness of direct mail marketing campaigns. Tracks market trends, analyzes results and draws conclusions about performance in order to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of, departmental budget.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will use your analytical mind creatively to help further initiatives for the marketing department. Works independently and collaboratively with internal teams and outside vendors to further department projects and initiatives.
Serves as department expert for analytics, including channel management, Google Data Studio dashboard creation, and hands-on Google Analytics 4 report building.
Build and distributes regular reports to measure success of marketing programs, including digital channels, ABM tracking with target list engagement and conversions, and more.
Owns and optimizes digital advertising campaigns, including ABM ad-serving, Google Ads, paid social, and other third-party placements. Google and LinkedIn advertising experience preferred.
Opportunity to build customer segment digital advertising strategy.
Drives search strategy, both organic and paid, including ownership of our SEO tracking and optimization platform.
Digs into and builds better user experiences for prospects and customers, and utilize creative ways to personalize our digital content to reach industry benchmarks.
Owns ABM platform management and integration into CRM system. Demandbase and Salesforce experience a plus.
Drives Intent Program to share actionable insights with our businesses/stakeholders.
Opportunity to build skillset in budget tracking for ongoing Marketing budget management.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
