Job Responsibilities Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client marketing strategies to meet/exceed objectives Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and internal partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including social media, site optimization, paid media, email marketing, etc. Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior Work with sales team to understand clients qualified and measurable KPIs and identify Belo & Co. tactics most effective for those goals. Bring creative, innovative and tactical program ideas to life through the writing, visual design & development of strong proposals Create strong packaging around our creative ideas so they both meet our business goals and ensure measurable success for our clients Provide strategic and tactical support to strategic accounts in partnership with sales team. Client Strategists will support their AE counterparts on qualified sales calls and strategy sessions, as well as proposal presentations and pitches. In doing so, positively impact client relationships and create high caliber strategic planning. Work across verticals to compile proactive concepts and continuously work alongside sales counterparts to identify and define opportunities for the further growth of the accounts and campaigns Collaborate in the development of research projects needed to inform campaign initiatives Analyze, synthesize and present consumer data, market reports and trends to clients Adapt digital marketing strategies to reflect changes in customer behaviors Evaluate new technologies or marketing opportunities as they emerge Inspire clients with a vision for their digital strategy and brand across all major digital platforms. Actively lead Discovery and planning meetings with the Belo & Co. team and client stakeholders. Map out a digital strategy that supports and extends multi-channel marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must. Be a thought leader in business and marketing strategy by contributing articles, white papers, case studies and leading webinars. # of Hires Needed 1 Job Requirements Job Requirements BA/BS; MBA or advanced degree a plus 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising that includes some or all of the following: Conversion Rate Optimization, Paid Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, User Experience Design/Analysis Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, most importantly PPT and Excel, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners Experience writing, presenting, and defending strategic ideas, concepts, POVs and campaigns Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data, market reports and trends Ability to prioritize, work fast under pressure, and maintain flexibility Facilitation/Influencing: Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence (without authority) to accomplish set goals/objectives Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and synthesize business information to create compelling business cases from perspective of product and client. Business Acumen: Understanding of industry, market trends, and how our business runs, competitive intelligence, tools & best practices in the marketplace Occasional travel to clients requiredu00a0
