ADARA is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead successful adoption and execution of programmatic media products and solutions. Technical Account Managers are responsible for managing client, product, and sales-driven projects and initiatives that include, but are not limited to product integrations across multiple programmatic advertising platforms. You will be providing project guidance to internal and external cross-functional teams and will identify technical solutions that would benefit each client’s strategic objectives. You have a strong understanding of ad server technology, database querying, a client services background and project management aptitude. You are technically adept, organized, proactive, detail oriented, innovative, and work well in an unstructured, dynamic environment.
Partner with ADARA’s cross functional teams in Sales, Product, Client Services, and Engineering to provide technical guidance on new and existing media solutions
Understand our clients’ business needs and bring a solutions oriented presence to client-facing discussions related to new and existing media solutions
Training customers on product setup, capabilities, and best practices as it relates to ADARA’s value proposition
Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad server technology and/or ad tag implementations for both clients and internal teams
Assist with the seamless handoff of client on-boarding, tag implementations, migrations, and other technical integrations to the Client Services & Sales Teams that will be providing ongoing managed services
4 years experience in Ad Operations with demand-side programmatic media
Experience working cross-culturally with a diverse workforce in a global environment
Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge, including understanding of how data is stored and queried
Tag Management platform experience a plus (i.e. Google Tag Management, Signal)
Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to link current and anticipated business challenges with learning and development needs
