This Senior Account Executive (SAE) will have strong knowledge of program management and understanding of what it takes to plan and execute project initiatives. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented, proactive leader who will manage expectations, coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure programs are completed and delivered on-time. The SAE will manage the daily activities of video production projects, and work side-by-side with client and editing teams. Most importantly, the SAE must be flexible and have the ability to create and adapt plans, schedules and project activities on the fly, with efficiency and patience.
Primary responsibilities are in support of building solid client relationships, defining project requirements, effective use of team resources, and offering recommendations. In addition, the SAE will serve a critical role in establishing project schedules with clear deadlines, securing necessary assets and collaborating across the team to ensure deliverables are ultimately delivered.
What you’ll do:
Be present on-site with client each day and maintain positive relationships as well as collaborate with multidiscipline team members
Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines
Manage team’s project intake system; assign, track and close projects
Develop actionable project schedules to clearly identify key milestones, deliverables, outcomes, dependencies, effort/durations, and resources
Manage internal archiving/cataloging initiatives
Lead weekly status call to review current activity, deliverables and approvals
Update weekly and monthly reports as necessary
Supervise project rounds, provide work instructions/edits to team (e.g., creative considerations, legal requirements, etc.) and ensure changes have been made
Report operation metrics
Demonstrate a desire to learn and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
What you’ve done:
Proven video-related client service and program management experience
Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage many projects simultaneously
Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop positive, professional relationships with a diverse group of employees
Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and Marketing and Brand associates
What you’ve got:
5+ years of client service or account management, B2B-specific experience HIGHLY preferred
5+ years of project management, video content required
Experience, comfort and confidence when engaging C-suite and Marketing executives
Ability and willingness to inspire teamwork
Willingness and desire to be on-site with the client
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field
