Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
Our skilled team members empower clients to advertise online by providing quality support and consulting services. As an Account Executive for Google Display Network (GDN) you will be an integral player within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization, partnering with pods on a named account list and leading discussions with key client stakeholders to drive in-quarter and future display business growth.
Equipped with a specialism of our GDN solutions and clients’ marketing objectives, you will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment. You'll act as an advisor and consultant that works across functions and alongside global teams, as well as a client advocate within Google.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Manage a book of business as a Display partner to work across the entire Display cycle. Focus on planning and presenting display strategies with internal teams.
Understand client business objectives and challenges to accurately assess needs, working together to create joint business plans for short and long term account growth.
Manage projects across multiple stakeholders, including vertical leadership, product teams and partner support teams.
Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with Measurement and Attribution specialists) of Display media.
Develop and apply knowledge of market and industry in solutions. Gather and analyze data at an account, campaign and industry level. Manage day to day stakeholders and operations with limited guidance.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
Experience managing digital advertising campaigns for clients.
7 years relevant experience in digital advertising sales.
Understanding of Google Display Network.
Understanding of industry challenges, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
Knowledge of and established relationships within the advertising industry.
