Under general supervision, develops and executes strategy for one or more marketing initiatives. Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to moderately complex matters and projects. Provides experienced-level analysis in one or more marketing disciplines. Recommends project budgets and forecasts anticipated budget spending. May coach others in less senior positions. Skills / Knowledge Considered a Plus:u00a0 Knowledge of and work experience within the Demand Shaping or Project/Process prioritization space. SAFe Agile experience, training and certifications. Experience in dealing with multiple FedEx Operating companiesand regional stakeholders to understand requirements and best practices and gain agreement across Business (Solutions, Sales, CT, etc.), IT stakeholders and external vendors in support of this program. Software Product Support, Software Product Management and/or product development experience of ecommerce, mobile or software products that have global distribution. Ability to work with software teams in support of the product lifecycle process. Excellent Project Management Skills. Quality Driven Management Experience or Six Sigma a plus Keen ability to protect customer experience and deliver high quality product to market. Strong technical and business acumen. Innovative, results-oriented, self-starter capable of coordinating numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment. Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills with ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization. u00a0 Domicile and Relocation Information: This position will be located in Collierville, Tennessee. Relocation assistance is available. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline. One (1) year experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline. Knowledge of the broad application of principles, theories, concepts and techniques of marketing disciplines and project management. Good human relations and communication/presentation skills. Strong basic organizational, quantitative and analytical skills. Experience leading initiatives in a corporate environment.
