Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity is available for a
Senior Brand Manager Airwick Equity to join our Marketing team.
As a member of the Marketing team you are focused on driving growth in the U.S by leading the execution of the brand marketing for a brand in line with the commercial strategy as set by the Area.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand portfolio in the U.S.
Manages communications initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio including development of 360, digital and retailer based comms
Generates and proposes business development initiatives (BDIs) for the brand(s) based on consumer, shopper and market understanding.
Coordinate and manage the brand requirements with agency partners including the statement of work, Comms audits and area brand pipeline.
Manages the Efficiency planning of Comms including budget management & optimizing clustering shoots & multicounty shoots.
Prepares the In market Execution plan for the Powermarket and executes the approved integrated Comms plan and digital execution plan with the media and digital agencies
Needs to be able to demonstrate deep strategic and tactical comms experience across consumer campaigns and mediums.
Needs to be able to navigate effectively new mediums - prioritizing investment to maximize ROI
Strong understanding of BET measures and how meaningfully influence in the short and long term.
Ability to sell a creative vision with meaningful impact to secure internal and external support for initiatives.
Is this You?
Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required
Solid experience in development of strategy for Brand and Brand planning
Experience in marketing models beyond traditional TVC advertising preferred (professional; digital; etc.)
Minimum 18 months as a Brand Manager within CPG industry
Proven leadership skills and experience
Excellent analytical skills
Very strong verbal/written communication skills
