As a part of the Brand Marketing and Communications team, the Communications Professional will oversee tracking progress and alignment across all areas of the Communications Team. You will play a role in partnering with internal and external teams and work cross-functionally to meet needs across the Communications Team and broader organization. Also, the Communications Professional will provide critical marketing support within the Author organization, this individual will be responsible for a diverse scope of marketing needs, initiating and executing marketing related projects, Legal & Compliance submission and management, and tracking creative projects. This includes, but not limited to meeting planning, creation of presentation materials, data management, brand support, editing of marketing documents, scheduling, developing and distributing of internal communications, and document submission management.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment, will tolerate ambiguity, and will demonstrate problem-solving. You must have strong relationship management skills, quickly identify connections and dependencies, and be highly organized.

The position of Communications Professional will:
Complete project-based work across the Communications organization as needed. This may include supporting the development of Communications to members, agents/brokers, or providers, assisting with implementation and tracking of digital communications, or supporting strategy development through research projects (primary and secondary sources)
Maintain the overarching Communications Team Project Plan and Sales Strategy and proactively work to notify team members when there are upcoming deadlines, risks, and dependencies
Maintain Communications Team reporting structures including Launch Readiness Office and Integration Management office materials, and Legal and Compliance Reporting Structure
Maintain data and reporting channels including communication soft metrics and digital content engagement
Drive all Communications-Related Processes including release execution and coordination, translation, document identification, communications intake, managing IMO Tool for Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance review, alternative formats, and performance.
Provide critical support across the Marketing team as needed in Branding and Advertising, Public Relations, Insights, and Community Presence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
2 years of Marketing Communications, Sales Marketing Communications, Project Management, or Administrative experience, ideally with a healthcare background
Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
Possess phenomenal written and oral communication skills
Excellent project management skills and organization
Passionate about marketing, driving change, and the healthcare space
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
Prior marketing experience for a Fortune 500 company
