What will you be doing?

Director
, Programmatic - Europe
, reporting to the VP & MD for EMEA, you will be part of our regional leadership team and will play a critical role in co-developing and co-executing regional business strategies. You will be responsible for driving Programmatic Demand across PMP & OX platform sales on the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Exchange across In-App & Mobile Web to agency trading desks within the UK and EU5.
You will directly lead a diverse team of Sales managers based in the UK and you will also have support of Account management and Adops teams to enable your teams and meet client deliverables. You will lead by example to forge stronger business partnerships with Agencies, ATDs and DSPs to meet or exceed revenue goals. You will work closely with other members of the leadership team and internal stakeholders in Product, Business Development, Operations Business Analysts, & Creative Services teams to ensure aggressive revenue growth. You will be based at our London office.
Expectations
Build quarterly and annual business plans with revenue and strategic goals
Build, close and deliver strategic agency JBP’s and Trading Deals
Leverage C-Suite and Senior Level agency relationships to deliver aggressive revenue growth
Consistently achieve/ over-achieve revenue targets from core Agency & Programmatic accounts
Build multi-stakeholder relationships with existing and new client partners
Inspire sales teams to provide effective, timely and winning responses to client briefs.
Work with programmatic AMs to ensure all PMP deals maximum revenue output
Hire and develop talent to build high performing business teams
Represent **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. at Client meetings or external events as a delegate or speaker.
Ideal candidates must possess
Must haves:
8-10 years of industry/relevant experience with at least 5 years in a regional leadership or people management capacity with revenue goals.
Strong relationships within the UK agency & client eco-system at C Suite and Senior Level
Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the digital adtech ecosystem
Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distill key business insights from data
Strong business acumen and ability to adapt and respond to varying circumstances.
Should have:
Experience of working closely with Agency investment teams to execute annual trading deals
Understanding of programmatic ecosystem and buy side/sell side technologies
Experience of working with Agency account teams and their client objectives.
Relationships within Northern European agency & client eco-system.
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem in Europe
Sales leadership experience for a product/ business line/ geography
Ability to work across different cultures and in a matrix style environment.
Nice to have:
Adaptability to operate & lead the team in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Understanding of mobile ad tech ecosystem and the differentiated value mobile offers in areas of data insights, audience creation, creative innovation and media efficiency measurement
