Job SummaryMarriott Digital Services (MDS) Studio is a fast-paced and innovative team that provides individual hotels with digital activation services.  Our team creates well-designed, scalable and affordable web products for properties, which allows them to showcase their unique needs (e.g. hotel dining outlets, spas, and all-inclusive).  We are a rapidly-growing team that will provide the opportunity for autonomy and growth!ResponsibilitiesEducation And ExperiencenBS/BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, or related fieldn1-2 year of relevant work experience (digital marketing, CMS operations, content management, project management)nAgency work experience preferred; tactical execution responsibilities are a plusnManaging Work, Projects, And PoliciesnManages product workflows and proposes new approaches and opportunities for efficiencynManages projects end-to-end, keeping internal stakeholders and manager informed.nManages execution of workflows, including assigned task and case queues in Salesforce; Meets deadlines and keeps work on track.nManages project timelines and statuses, including maintaining Salesforce database, and escalates issues as they arisenAdapts to the ever-changing digital landscape to implement new products, processesnOwning RelationshipsnCommunicates directly with vendors, hotels, program account managers, or other stakeholders regarding product questions, statuses, and best practices as needednLiaises with MDS Studio teams to advance scalable opportunities and workflowsnMaintains a strong partnership with other Senior Digital Analysts and Digital AnalystsnSupporting OperationsnAssists with special projects and pilotsnAssists in creating training guidelines and documentation to train properties  or onboard new vendors or associatesnAssists with billingnAssists with data auditing and updatingnTools And VendorsnMaintains strong working knowledge of all Marriott internal digital platforms and systems (ex: EPIC, DAC, AEM, etc.)nEmploys Salesforce to track project progressnManages day-to-day agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality of work and timeliness of deliverables.nMonitors slack, teams, and chatter, and assists with answering team questions.nAdditional Duties As May Be AssignedThis position requires proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 prior to the first date of employment, subject to applicable law.
