Charity Fundraising Campaign Executive, Global’s Make Some Noise
We are Global's Make Some Noise - the official charity of Global, the Media & Entertainment Group
Global’s Make Some Noise is a national charity that improves the lives of disadvantaged people across the UK. We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, feel well, feel included and feel prepared. We work across four key areas: providing shelter and safety, supporting physical and mental health, preventing isolation and improving life skills.
We harness the power and reach of Global, the Media & Entertainment Group to raise money and awareness for small and local charities across the UK that are supporting disadvantaged people in our communities.
This role reports to the Fundraising Campaign Manager.
Guide Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 depending upon experience.

You’ll work alongside some of the UK’s biggest radio stations, high profile talent, and a range of teams across Global’s portfolio.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop a variety of fundraising and project management skills through creativity and innovative thinking.
Supported the team throughout the Make Some Noise appeal, working across a range of fundraising activities such as presenter-led challenges, prizes, products, donations and events.
Helped to develop and sell new charity products through our online store, and supported with management of budget, data and forecasting.
Proactively researched and pitched new fundraising opportunities to the team.
Take ownership of specific fundraising activities, budgets and targets.
Assist with data and the day-to-day running of the Make Some Noise shop.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop assets to improve fundraising campaigns.
Ensure accurate records are maintained on our fundraising database and assist with account administration.
Support the Fundraising Campaign Managers and team as and when required.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
Background: Previous charity or fundraising experience is an advantage.
Planning: You’ll be highly organised, with proven experience of working under pressure, often to tight deadlines.
Systems: Ideally, you’ll have experience using online fundraising platforms or will be quick to adapt to new platforms.
Writing: You’ll be confident in writing with a high standard of literacy with strong attention to detail.
Learning: You’ll have a desire for continuous learning of the best fundraising practice.
Numeracy: Strong numeracy with experience of using Excel.
Proactivity: A proactive thinker, always looking to spot opportunities and using your initiative to spot issues before they occur.
Team player: We’re looking for an encouraging, hard-working and proactive team member with a ‘can do’ demeanour and tenacity to see projects through to the end.
