Marketing Campaigns Executive - FTC
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Campaigns Executive will be responsible for the delivery of key activities and marketing operations for the Make Some Noise annual appeal, providing support on a wide range of fundraising campaigns. The postholder will lead on internal communications and engagement and support different areas of marketing, such as developing e-newsletters, updating websites, coordinating advertising activity, preparing campaign analysis reports, providing administrative and events support.
The ideal candidate will have experience of project planning and managing, with excellent attention to detail. They’ll be passionate about producing high-quality marketing content, including writing compelling copy for a range of audiences.

Built great relationships with the Global’s Make Some Noise team and other stakeholders.
Developed your knowledge of our work, our supported charities and target audiences.
Produced comms plans and coordinated digital advertising activity.

Developed marketing materials that bring our fundraising activities to life.
Collaborated on fundraising initiatives that you can feel proud of.
Project Management: You’ll provide exceptional project management and administrative support for Global’s Make Some Noise activities, including the development of communications and project plans.
Campaign support: You’ll provide marketing support to the whole Make Some Noise team on campaigns and activations with Global’s brands and partners.
Internal comms and engagement: You’ll work with a Fundraising Executive to coordinate communications and fundraising activities that engage our internal audience.
Advertising: You’ll be responsible for our appeal advertising takeovers across the brands’ digital platforms, working with operations and delivery teams at Global.
Copywriting: You’ll write compelling communications and proof copy, ranging from community fundraising to corporate partner activities. You’ll be a confident copywriter who can put the voices and experiences of the people we support at the heart of communications.
Briefing: You’ll write detailed briefs for our in-house design, video and operations teams and provide creative direction to develop a range of marketing materials and assets.
Branding: You’ll act as a brand guardian, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders have the resources and support they need to meet brand guidelines.
Digital: You’ll be required to assist the Fundraising Marketing Executive in keeping our social, website and email platforms up to date.
Evaluate and report: You’ll analyse data and insight to optimise future marketing campaigns and activities.
The post-holder may be required to undertake other duties to support the wider team with fundraising activities from time to time.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker and worker, providing marketing support and solutions to the whole team, capable of the following:
Background: Relevant experience in digital, marketing or communications environment. Previous charity experience is an advantage.
Organised: You’ll be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure, often to tight deadlines.
Team player: You’ll be a supportive, enthusiastic, and proactive team member with the drive and determination to help get things done.
Relationship Management: You’ll be providing support on a range of projects with multiple teams and so we’re looking for someone with brilliant relationship building skills.
Writing: You’ll be experienced in writing content for a variety of media, with a brilliant style that can range from punchy to emotive, to suit different audiences and activations. You’ll have a high standard of literacy and excellent attention to detail.
Social and Digital: You’ll have a brilliant grasp of how social and digital marketing can be used to engage audiences.
Systems: Ideally, you’ll have experience in the use of social media scheduling platforms, Adobe Photoshop, website content management systems, e.g., WordPress, Pardot CRM platforms and analytics software.
Creativity: You’ll be a creative, innovative thinker and storyteller.
