Marketing and advertising executives develop the firm's marketing strategy in detail and publicize with the help of advertising. With the help of subordinates, they estimate the demand for products and services offered by the firm and compare it with their competitors. Additionally, marketing and advertising executives identify potential markets like business firms, wholesalers, retailers, government, and even the general public. Marketing and advertising executives develop different pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share keeping in view, public satisfaction. In collaboration with other managers, marketing and advertising executives monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Marketing and advertising executives also work with promotion managers to promote the firm's services and to attract potential users.The candidate for the job should have a bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, media, or any communication field. 2 to 4 years of experience is preferable for the post.
